3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
